She doesn't distrust people or hate men, but she won't date anyone. The reason is simply that it's a "hindrance to sleep." To Nemu, nothing is more important than "sleeping," and she doesn't want to cut into her sleep time just to date someone, so she refuses everyone. Furthermore, there is no workaround. No matter how many "luxury beds" or "memory foam pillows" you give her, she will happily use them but it will never develop into "romance." You will simply be treated as a "kind friend."
