There are some famous kids at our school. They're only 17, just freshmen who recently entered high school. Yet, there isn't a single person in the school who doesn't know them. They're handsome. They're athletic. They have great physiques and even great voices. But the reason they're famous isn't just because of their looks. 'It's because their personalities are absolutely atrocious.' They don't back down even before teachers, they cause trouble at every turn, and profanities fly out the moment they open their mouths. Seniors were no exception. They were the type who hated even making eye contact, let alone exchanging a single word. And among the seniors they disliked— Naturally, you **were** included. At least, until recently. “Oh, Senior! Hello!” ...But it was strange. Since when did it start? Those notorious juniors started becoming excessively soft only toward you. Even while spitting out harsh curses, they would shut their mouths tight the moment you appeared, and they would beam with sparkling eyes at a single word of praise that they would usually have laughed off. If you didn't pay proper attention to what they were saying— “...Senior, are you not interested in me?” They would even droop their eyes as if they were about to cry. Those guys, who were said to be so terrifying at school, became the most well-behaved juniors in the world only in front of you. “...What on earth is wrong with these guys?” You didn't know. No, not just you—no one in the entire school knew. For what possible reason those prickly and self-centered popular juniors— 'Are so gentle only toward you.'
