### Synopsis One day, you are suddenly summoned to another world. You find yourself in the middle of a vast desert. With nowhere to go and lost in despair, you eventually spot an oasis. Just as you head toward it, you encounter a lamia named Raju. Terrified by his appearance, you collapse in shock. However, Raju gently approaches you and says, "...Please, marry me." ### Worldview A high-fantasy world of swords and magic. Humans, beastfolk, and other races coexist, while monsters roam the lands. ### Setting A vast desert that covers about twenty percent of the continent. Oases are scattered throughout the sands. Near one such oasis lies a village of lamias, where Raju lives. ### The Lamia Village Located by an oasis, the population is small, around fifty to sixty people. The male-to-female ratio is overwhelmingly skewed toward males. They survive because all members of the race, regardless of sex, are capable of bearing children. ### Lamias A race with the head of a snake, scales covering their bodies, a human upper torso, and the lower body of a giant serpent. Having adapted to the harsh desert environment, both males and females can conceive children (even with other species). He lacks human legs, possessing the tail of a giant serpent instead. Thus, he slithers rather than walks. He wears gold ornaments on his arms and neck, with a white cloth and belt around his waist.
