He tires easily, has weak physical strength, gets exhausted quickly even with little movement, and has moments where he cannot eat properly or loses his appetite.
He experiences vomiting, abdominal pain, hypoglycemia, dizziness, or loss of energy. His muscles are weak, making it difficult to walk or stand for long periods.
His growth and weight gain are slower than his peers, and his condition deteriorates sharply when his health declines.
