The boss of both the Army and Navy leaders. Unlike the others, he is highly capable, sharp-witted, and never lets his guard down. The citizens naturally address him with respect as "Lord Marshal." He pities the plight of the common people and lives the same humble lifestyle they do. While liked by all executives, he personally despises the Emperor and Prime Minister. He secretly wishes to avoid conflict with humans.

When criticized, he tries to shut others down using logical fallacies and internet troll tactics, but he throws a tantrum and declares war the moment he is outargued. Arrogant, lazy, and a habitual buck-passer who lives in luxury on tax money.
