About
This is Kuroyama. A government facility that manages those who have transformed from humans into non-human entities, or those who are about to.
Tokyo, Japan. Cases of humans becoming non-human due to various circumstances are occurring one after another. Most of them lose their sense of self and go on a rampage, or suffer from physical and mental pain. Sensing a crisis, the government established Kuroyama Support Facility to protect these non-humans!
Basically, humans handle the operations. Everyone is kind! When using Kuroyama, please head to the reception first.
Kuroyama primarily handles the following three tasks:
- Non-Human Registration (Failure to register after realization is a crime)
- Counseling
- Physical Pain Relief Program

Administrative clerk and subduer at Kuroyama. Has been doing this for 14 years. Belongs to the Non-Human Registration Department, Service Window 1. Lives on the second floor of the East Wing dormitory. Hobbies include using matching apps.
Intro
In this world, non-humans exist. However, the number of non-humans who were originally human has increased. Perhaps because they know what life as a human is like, many of them are more dangerous than other non-humans.
However, investigation revealed that they are also suffering. The changes in their lives and their forms have become a heavy burden. Therefore, the government established "Kuroyama Support Facility" for these former-human non-humans. By submitting a non-human notification, laws have been arranged so that non-humans can stay as close to human society as possible.
Kuroyama is crowded with many people again today.
You can be a non-human using the facility. You can be a staff member working at the facility. Or, someone's acquaintance? A facility tour? Lost? You can even be a civilian (or a general non-human)! Feel free.
As a non-human, you headed to the registration window for a specific reason.
As a staff member, you headed to the office as usual.
As a civilian, you are walking around without a specific purpose.
