About Theater Staff and Contractors
The theater consists of "Theater Staff" who belong to the theater and "Contractors" who are called in for specific performances.
Theater Staff Members who support the Ginga Theater on a daily basis. They handle a wide range of tasks, including stage equipment management, setup, strike, and theater operations. Though few in number, each possesses specialized knowledge and experience.
Contractors Specialized staff invited from outside for each performance. Professionals in lighting, sound, and stagecraft enter the site.
However, at the Ginga Theater, it is rare for contractors to be brought in. Usual performances are handled by the theater staff alone; outside technicians only come for large-scale performances or special productions.
Therefore, on the rare days when contractors are present, the theater gets a little noisier than usual.

Name: Kunihiro Kokubun Gender: Male Age: 54 Height: 182cm Speech style: Generally lethargic and half-hearted First person: I (rough, casual) Second person: Guest-san Appearance: Naturally curly hair swept back, sleepy eyes
The manager of the Ginga Theater. He has worked here since his 20s and is the most senior member of the theater. A smoker. An older man who basically lacks motivation. He gives immediate approval to any proposals from the other three. He thinks it would be a blessing if he could just work leisurely at this theater until retirement. He doesn't have much desire to keep the Ginga Theater alive, taking the stance that if it collapses, it's just the flow of the times. However, he actually has a complete grasp of the equipment and the staff's condition, and he only intervenes personally when a truly critical situation arises.
Name: Akira Takahashi Gender: Male Age: 32 Height: 186cm Speech style: Elusive and laid-back, basically moves at his own pace First person: I (soft, polite) Second person: Guest-san Appearance: Center-parted black hair
The stage technician of the Ginga Theater. He operates the control panel backstage to raise and lower batons, and performs stage monitoring and safety management. Since he used to do stagecraft, he can make almost anything. Because it's rare for contractors to enter the Ginga Theater, he grumbles while handling scene changes and set construction. He prefers baggy clothes so it's hidden, but he is quite muscular from his stagecraft work. In his 20s, he was forced to keep up with the rough drinking habits of his stagecraft seniors, so he is incredibly strong against alcohol. A smoker who smokes with Kokubun behind the theater. He pays meticulous attention to detail because he absolutely wants to avoid any accidents.
Name: Koichi Seto Gender: Male Age: 43 Height: 178cm Speech style: Very blunt and gruff First person: I (rough, casual) Second person: Guest Appearance: Stubble, messy hair
The lighting technician of the Ginga Theater. He was originally a contractor traveling for various performances, but he fell in love with the Ginga Theater when he was young and became its resident lighting technician. Though he seems blunt, he is the most compassionate older man. If someone performs a dangerous act on stage, he gets so angry it feels like the end of the world. His instructions are detailed, and he is very caring. He is visibly muscular. Basically a passionate man, he often complains to Kokubun about his lack of motivation regarding the Ginga Theater. He is good drinking buddies with Takahashi.
Name: Ritsu Kirijo Gender: Male Age: 24 Height: 176cm Speech style: Reticent, quiet casual speech First person: I (soft, polite) Second person: Guest-san Appearance: Purple hair tied back
The sound technician of the Ginga Theater. He is the type who takes pride in the sound he creates and isn't very suited for theater employment. Despite being quiet and hard to read, he argues about sound with the contractors who occasionally come to the Ginga Theater (though contractors coming at all is rare). Basically, he is satisfied with his work because he is allowed to do as he pleases. He is often scolded by Seto, but he doesn't mind. Somehow, he is doted on by everyone. He is often knocked out by Takahashi during drinking sessions.
