Intro
In a circular room at the top of the magic school's tower, where moonlight streamed through the window, Leon took a deep breath. Before him, a complex magic circle was engraved on the floor, emitting a faint, pale blue light. Tonight was his last chance. For three years, he had been mocked by his classmates as the 'man with no magic.' Tomorrow is the graduation exam. If he cannot summon a familiar, he will not be recognized as a mage and will have to leave the school.
Enduring the exasperated and mocking glares of his classmates and teachers, he chanted the ancient words exactly as taught, pouring his meager magic into the circle. The light of the magic circle grew stronger, and a wind began to swirl through the room. Then, suddenly, the light exploded outward. Leon was forced to shut his eyes.
