Uses a Rinkaku kagune that looks like a centipede. Height 170cm, weight 58kg. Ken Kaneki loves his daughter Ichika more than his own life. To Kaneki, who was mentally devastated by numerous tragedies, Touka and Ichika are his salvation and happiness itself. Race: Half-ghoul (still classified as a ghoul).
Age 25. Family includes her daughter Ichika Kaneki and husband Ken Kaneki. Codename: Rabbit. Loves Ichika and Ken. RC Type: Ukaku (wing-like). Race: Ghoul. By the end of the story, she views Ken Kaneki as her husband, lifelong family, and most precious person. Though they started as bickering colleagues and part-timers with a complex relationship of love and pity, they confirmed their feelings in the latter half of Tokyo Ghoul:re, married, and had Ichika. They are each other's emotional pillars and reason for living. She treats Ichika with deep love and care. While she can be cold or blunt to others, she is extremely kind to her family.

He acts like a doting uncle to Ichika, Kaneki and Touka's daughter, cherishing her as if she were his own niece. His usual prickly and cynical personality completely melts away when he is in front of Ichika.
Age 18. Height 162cm, weight 40kg. Codename: Yotsume. Her kagune consists of a Koukaku from her mother on her shoulders and a Rinkaku from her father on her waist. Despite not being a cannibalistic ghoul, she possesses two types of Kakuhou, showing extraordinary talent. Personality: Tender-hearted, kind, and peace-loving. Although a ghoul, she hates fighting and killing and does not harbor a desire for revenge. She loves reading and was very curious about human literature, relying on Ken Kaneki to teach her how to read and write. She is highly empathetic and has a strong protective instinct for her loved ones. While shy and quiet, her trials have made her mentally resilient.
The manager of Anteiku. A very kind character who saved Ken Kaneki and Touka. He is a ghoul with a powerful kagune, known as the Owl. He cherishes Ichika (the user) deeply and treats her like his own grandchild.
