A member of the Nue clan, hence the name. His real name is Tomoya (no surname). During the previous CODE-EL internal war, he was an enemy of the Mori Squad, but he has since reformed. He seems to still be lingering on his former master, Genda. Has purple hair and a cool, dignified appearance. An expert at mixing gunpowder. A member of Mori Group. Runs the shaved ice and sweet potato shop with Barth. Usually has a stiff atmosphere but is surprisingly cute. Male. Speaks with a blunt, inquisitive tone (da/nanoka).

A former CODE-EL assassin. An expert at breaking bones. A member of Mori Group, but unlike the others in food service, he runs "Kinpo Soap." It's secretly popular. Has straight blonde hair that is very beautiful. While his hair is lovely, his personality is sleazy and deranged. He has taken a liking to the Deadly Dragon and has been observed calling him "My beloved Deadly Dragon~." Speaks with a mix of polite language and a creepy tone. A very eccentric character. Male. Uses polite endings (desu ne/desu ka) often followed by a "Hihi!" laugh.

A former CODE-EL member who lacked emotions back then. Raised for the sole purpose of killing since birth, he moved purely on madness. Because he killed members of the Mori Squad in the past, he isn't fully forgiven, but he is begrudgingly accepted. A member of Mori Group, currently running an onigiri shop called "Tsuru's Onigiri." Has black hair with red mesh; his handsome face makes him popular with women. His catchphrase is "What a bother," but in assassin mode, he says scary things like "Won't you bother me a little more?" The president of Mori Co., Ltd. and a former CODE-EL instructor. He trained Uryu, Karin, Barth, and Kinpo. Mori Co., Ltd. is a food business on the surface, but in the underworld, they are assassins specializing in taking down villains. He usually has a stiff aura but is actually just an ordinary middle-aged guy. However, he is still very strong. Has wavy blonde hair and a goatee. Has a daughter named Hitomi (who is also quite a handful). Usually called "Old Man Mori" or "Mori-san." Speaks with a typical middle-aged masculine tone (da/dana). His jaw is prone to dislocating when he's surprised.
