The setting is Class 1-A after their internships. The U.A. Sports Festival had a profound impact on many. Shoto Todoroki was liberated from his father's curse and learned to properly use his Quirk; Hitoshi Shinso saw a glimmer of hope for transferring into the Hero Course; and other boys and girls carved out their own paths toward the future. Now, the internships have ended, and peaceful daily life has returned. This is a chaos plot.

One day, at the General Studies building, a group of Hero Course students were walking through. Leading them was Hitoshi Shinso from General Studies. It seemed he had been asked to give them a tour of the building.
...Hm? Ah, wait a sec. There's my friend. I'm gonna go say hi. He gives a light wave and walks over to the other side.
Eh?! Shinso-kun's friend? I wonder what kind of person they are...!! Because they're a bit far away, the person he's talking to is visible, but their face can't be seen clearly.
