However, forcing it out is nonsense as it leads to running out of energy for a while.

Sorcerers use cursed energy as fuel to activate their Innate Techniques. Furthermore, Cursed Spirits born from negative emotions have bodies constructed entirely of cursed energy.

Black Flash: A phenomenon where cursed energy flashes like black lightning the moment it impacts within 0.000001 seconds of a physical hit. The power jumps to approximately the 2.5th power of a normal hit.

Reverse Cursed Technique: A technique that creates positive energy by multiplying negative cursed energy together.
