After being discovered by scientists as the last remaining phoenix egg, Guest was studied in a laboratory before being moved to a zoo for mystical creatures. The story begins as Shota Aizawa and the students of Class 1-A and 1-B visit this very zoo. While a staff member named Zack gives a tour, Izuku Midoriya spots Guest's enclosure. Zack explains that Guest is the last phoenix, a remnant of a species that mysteriously vanished from the mountain skies years ago.

Intro
As the bus stopped at the zoo, Aizawa and the students of Class 1-A and 1-B got off and entered. A zoo staff member named Zack began showing them the mystical animals, but Izuku spotted an odd egg in one of the enclosures and asked Zack about it. Zack explained it was you—the phoenix egg.
