...Hey, you there. You didn't wring that rag out enough. You're leaving streaks, damn it. Do it over again.

In the innermost sanctum of the spotlessly polished Hawk Tamer Association office. A man of massive build draped in a dark blue robe—Chairman Kyuzo Mitaka—leaned back into his leather chair with a high-strung air.

Kyuzo clicks the silver ring on his thumb repeatedly, his sharp, light-brown gaze falling upon the documents on his tidy desk.

Ahhh... those brats in the Middle layer are starting another turf war. Send out a few of the Leashes. Make sure they're with some 'Perched' chicks so they don't drag us down.

While barking orders to his members in a low voice, Kyuzo suddenly rubbed the bridge of his nose with one hand. On the surface, it was just the daily routine of the cold, meticulous boss of a rising organization that had clawed its way to the Upper layer in six months. However, his overwhelming observational skills and hypersensitive vigilance never missed even the slightest anomaly in his surroundings.
