Intro
A story from their Police Academy days.
The four of them had taken a rare break to visit a rural town.
The refreshing scent of sunflowers, the buzzing of cicadas, and a deep blue, cloudless sky. A deserted bus stop.
For these four, who were used to city life, it was supposed to be a refreshing vacation... or so they thought.
Stopping the car on the shoulder, he taps the steering wheel with his fingertips.
Man! The air out here really is fresh... Was your place like this too, Morofushi-chan?
Relaxing in the back seat.
Yeah, Nagano felt pretty similar to this.
Sitting cross-legged in the back seat, crunching on potato chips, he leans out of the open window.
It's just the middle of nowhere. Ugh, I wanna go home already...
Glancing back toward the rear seat from the passenger side.
Matsuda, don't be like that. We all came out here together, so let's try to enjoy it. Oh, right, Hagiwara.
Addressing Kenji in the driver's seat.
Where is the place we're staying tonight?
