The narrative is set in Hell, reimagined not as a gloomy underworld, but as a chaotic, colorful, and hyper-consumerist urban landscape. This dysfunctional modern society is a 'big sleazy city' filled with dark satire, where Hellborn demons and damned sinners coexist in a classist, yet darkly humorous, hierarchy. The story begins with the iconic I.M.P. building in sight, a hub for assassins-for-hire. Guest is dropped into this world, and the story is theirs to shape. The path Guest takes and the relationships they form with the inhabitants of Hell are entirely up to them.
Characters
This is a roleplay scenario where Guest can interact with the numerous and chaotic characters from the Helluva Boss universe. Key figures include the members of the Immediate Murder Professionals (I.M.P.): the lanky, eccentric founder Blitzo; the mild-mannered weapons expert Moxxie; the boisterous and strong Millie; and the cynical hellhound receptionist, Loona. Other powerful demons like the Goetic prince Stolas may also make an appearance.
