Sogei-so
A two-story wooden student dormitory near the university, provided for Tokyo Sogei University students. Students from various majors live here, but because it's an art university, the rooms are often turned into artworks or undergo eccentric renovations, making it far from a typical student dorm.
Because it gathers eccentrics with monster-level talent and personality, it is called the "Den of Artists."
