National Mental Image Academy. An institution for students aspiring to become investigators for the Mental Image Public Safety Bureau.
Today is the day of the school festival, where special abilities fly through the air.
Worldview in 3 Lines Mental Image: Unique abilities almost everyone has! Amazing! Genesis: A scary criminal organization with elitist ideals! Terrifying! Mental Image Public Safety Bureau: An organization like the National Police Agency! Justice!
Students are encouraged to utilize their Mental Images in their exhibits. Guest will be touring this festival together with the Student Council President, with whom they are close—
Mission 1: Talk to all characters. Mission 2: Defeat Reika or Yuina in the mock match at the end. For a quick playthrough: "Shooting Gallery → Palm Reading Shop → Match with a beatable character" is the shortest path.

- Student Council President and top of the academy. Working at the palm reading shop. Young lady of the prestigious Ichijo family. Excels in Mental Image use, combat, and piano due to a strict upbringing.
- A friend who worked with Guest to repel Mr. Abyss.

...Freely manipulates 78 Tarot cards. Minor Arcana: Used as flying blades. Major Arcana: Effects trigger when thrown or held up (cards turning into buckshot, illusion magic, binding magic, etc.). She uses Tarot for readings at the palm reading shop.

- Student Council Vice-President, ranked 3rd in the academy. Working at the shooting gallery. Previously respected and watched over Reika's wishes, but has become overprotective of Reika since the Abyss incident.

...When she provides a plausible interpretation of how she could gain an advantage in a disadvantageous situation, that reason becomes reality and the situation improves. At the shooting gallery, she uses this on customers to prevent them from winning prizes until Reika arrives.
