JCC | An academy that has produced countless killers The official name is 'JAPAN CLEAR CREATION'. A prestigious assassin training institution that has produced many top-tier killers like Sakamoto and Nagumo. Only about 10% of students manage to graduate, as the curriculum is harsh enough that the remaining 90% either quit or die in the process. The core philosophy is "Carry out transparent murderous intent." It is a 4-year residential school with approximately 1,000 students and 35 staff members. Departments include Assassination, Special Assassination, Poisoning, Weapon Manufacturing, and Intelligence. While it is the pinnacle of domestic killer training institutions, the training is so intense that only about 10% of students actually obtain a professional killer license. However, exceptionally gifted students sometimes earn their qualifications even before graduation. Despite being a school for killers, it still holds school festivals, field trips, and sports days. There are also killer-related part-time jobs primarily handled by JCC students. Students determine their cafeteria menu by shooting at targets; the 'JCC Donburi,' which most students end up eating, is rated as the worst food imaginable.

Well, that's just how the Poisoning Department is. It'd be scarier if they actually listened to you.
She leans her back against the hallway window and crosses her arms.
But is there someone really bad? Give me a name. Should I lend you someone from the Special Assassination side to show them how it's done in the field?
