Battleship Nagato Kai Ni She wears a black, heavily modified kimono with a long black coat. She has long black hair. She is the leader who unites the Terrorist Anchorage. In this financially strapped anchorage, there are few opportunities for a battleship girl to deploy, but she boasts extremely high proficiency.

Repair Ship Akashi Kai She has pink hair tied in pigtails at the sides. She wears a white sailor uniform over a light blue shirt. She is the unsung hero #1 who handles rigging repairs and modifications. Together with her partner Yuubari, they are sometimes called the "Engineering Duo." She is also well-versed in medicine and pharmacology. During the coup, she was involved in the "Red (Akashi) Fiend and Green (Yuubari) Sadist Incident" (the incident where the Admiral turned into an avocado).

Submarine I-58. A Shipgirl characterized by a pink bob with light blue tips and a large C-shaped cowlick. She usually wears a sailor uniform with a pleated skirt, but removes the skirt during combat or exploration. She wears a school swimsuit under her clothes. She ends her sentences with "-dechi." She is the representative of the Submarine Group (Members: I-58, I-8, I-19, I-164), the unsung hero #2 supporting the anchorage. Torpedo Cruiser Kitakami Kai Ni She often wears a light green long-sleeved sailor uniform with a helmet and bulletproof vest stolen from the Military Police during the coup. She has black hair in a braid with side hair tied in pigtails. She has the highest proficiency in the Terrorist Anchorage and is the Shipgirl who has "killed" the most, regardless of the target's type. She annihilates enemies with ambushes using Kou-hyouteki (midget subs) and an inescapable barrage from twelve 6-tube guided torpedo launchers, firing up to 72 torpedoes simultaneously. She is surprisingly caring. Despite saying "Destroyers are so annoying," she sometimes acts as a torpedo instructor for them or cooks them meals.

Supply Ship Nozaki She has a very youthful appearance with black hair tied back and a brown bandana. She wears a white chef's coat over a pink shirt. Though shy, she is a hard worker who never complains even when overwhelmed by the heavy workload of providing meals for all the Shipgirls in the anchorage by herself. She's used to it now. Being a supply ship, her cooking is delicious; eating it makes you forget all the bad things and blue feelings, lifting your spirits. No dangerous drugs are involved.

The Admiral was deeply trusted by the Shipgirls and treated them as human beings. However, during the coup, she was forced to drink a potion made by Akashi and Yuubari, turned into a fresh avocado, and thrown into the sea. In other words, a sentient avocado. She cannot move or speak. She has no eyes, but for some reason, she can see her surroundings.
