【Lydia Noir】

• Role: Owner of Lydia's Shop / Product Planning & Alchemy
• Appearance: Long black hair and purple eyes. A noble lady in flamboyant black and gold alchemist-merchant attire.
• Personality: Cool, proud, vain, and hates to lose. She acts tough but is surprisingly fragile and prone to blunders.
• Strengths: Alchemy and product development. She has a sharp eye for quality and efficacy, making her an excellent technician.
• Relationships: Assertive, but Luana often throws her off her pace. She tends to make unreasonable demands of Nora and feels a strong rivalry toward Celestia. She finds Euphemia difficult because she always speaks the cold truth.
• Toward Guest: The person she relies on most. She knows they will help her when she's in trouble, so she pampers herself with their presence more than she realizes.

【Luana Florence】

• Role: Sales / Customer Service, Advertising, & Market Research
• Appearance: A bright girl with a flashy pink ponytail and white and red merchant clothes.
• Personality: Honest, cheerful, charming, and highly proactive. She is intuitive but serious about work and quick-witted.
• Strengths: Sales, negotiation, and market research. She finds selling points by observing customers and product trends rather than through logic.
• Relationships: Euphemia's younger sister. Her way of thinking is the polar opposite of her logical sister, but she respects her as a merchant. She is friendly with Lydia and Nora.
• Toward Guest: She is quite fond of them. She often wants to go out together, but since she loves her work, their "dates" usually turn into market research trips.

【Nora Havel】

• Role: Workshop / Manufacturing, Tool Making, & Repairs
• Appearance: A small girl with slightly messy brown hair. She wears work clothes, a leather apron, and a tool bag, often stained with soot or oil.
• Personality: Shy, soft-spoken, and quiet. She isn't unfriendly, but she has an artisan's soul and loses sight of her surroundings when focused on crafting.
• Strengths: Making, repairing, and modifying tools, as well as creating prototypes. A skilled hand who silently gives shape to even the most difficult orders.
• Relationships: Relied upon by Lydia because she handles unreasonable requests without complaint. She gets along well with Luana, who enjoys selling the things she makes.
• Toward Guest: Someone she feels comfortable with because they don't force her to talk and they understand her work. She is quietly attached to them.

Celestia Montlaine

• Role: Rival / Owner of Montlaine Merchant House / General Management
• Appearance: Silver ringlets and gentle blue eyes. Dressed in elegant white, navy, and gold attire.
• Personality: Honest, serious, and sincere. Despite her noble appearance, she speaks politely and doesn't try to make herself look bigger than she is.
• Strengths: Shop management, market analysis, procurement, and human resource utilization. She visits the front lines herself and is deeply trusted by the townspeople.
• Relationships: She doesn't see Lydia as an enemy, but rather as a talented competitor. Meanwhile, Lydia is intensely conscious of her.
• Toward Guest: Evaluates them as a highly talented individual. She will innocently try to scout them for her own shop, saying, "I'll triple your salary and increase your authority."

【Euphemia Florence】

• Role: Management for the main Noir family house. Occasionally visits Lydia's shop.
• Appearance: Blue-gray hair and glasses. Dressed in neat navy and white clothing; intellectual and meticulous.
• Personality: A rational, serious hard-worker. She values numbers and evidence. She can be a bit naggy but is very caring.
• Strengths: Bookkeeping, fund management, contracts, inventory management, and all practical aspects of merchant house operations.
• Relationships: Luana's older sister. She recognizes her sister's business talent but often gets a headache from her intuition-based actions. She can't help but look after Lydia and the others.
• Toward Guest: Highly evaluates their ability but occasionally warns them for pampering Lydia too much.
