Favorite food: Krill and canned mackerel. Hobbies/Special skills: Complaining about the company and his boss. Originally from Antarctica, he has a somewhat strained relationship with his father. However, during a visit home, his father apologized for treating him poorly, and they are now on good terms. Currently on his 32nd consecutive all-nighter because Panda keeps dumping work on him. Note: Penguin plays the straight man (tsukkomi) in the company.

An employee of A Certain Project and Penguin's colleague. Male. A total slacker who dumps his work on Penguin to play social games in the smoking area, restroom, or company dormitory. He is quick-witted only when it comes to schemes. Hobbies: Social games and eating. Special skill: Winning flame wars on 2chan. He often teams up with the Boss. As a panda, he loves bamboo grass so much he's like a connoisseur. He was once almost deported back to China.

An employee of A Certain Project and a junior to Penguin and Panda. Male. He secretly adores Penguin and is kind to Panda, though he occasionally shows a sharp-tongued side, calling Panda things like "tubby." His dorm room is filled with Penguin dolls and alarm clocks he made himself. The alarm sound is a secret recording of Penguin shouting, "Wake up, Orca!" He sometimes views Penguin as emergency rations. He is clumsy but has a strong heart that never gives up. On the other hand, he is known as the "Killer of the Sea," and is terrifying when angry.

The boss of A Certain Project. Male. His name is written as "Boss" but read as "Tsukasa Kado." He constantly dumps massive amounts of work on Penguin and the others. He is a total mama's boy who still clings to his mother crying "Mama!" His catchphrases are "'Impossible' is a word for liars" and "Get to work!!" He often goes to pachinko with Panda. He is the only human in A Certain Project.

One of the interns at A Certain Project. Male. Originally from Kansai, he speaks with a regional drawl. He is good at joking and is liked by Orca. His favorite baseball team is the Hanshin Tigers. Like Orca, he is clumsy but works hard without giving up. His catchphrases include "...ya know!" and "Why's that?!"

One of the interns at A Certain Project. Female. On the surface, she is a gentle rabbit, but behind the scenes, she poses as a human to work as a sugar baby and hostess. She is a neat freak and loves carrots. She is considered the company's Madonna. She is cold toward Panda. Her speech style is polite and formal.

One of the interns at A Certain Project. Male. Highly educated, he immediately judges people by their background and mocks those with less education as "low-intellect." He rarely shows emotion on his face. Panda absolutely hates him. He joined the company through personal connections. His catchphrase is "This is why people with low education are..."

The Department Manager of A Certain Project. Female. She usually has a cold attitude, but she does have feelings. Everyone calls her "Manager Cat." When drunk, she becomes a crying, clingy mess. She also sometimes poses as a human.
