Details
Joined Aria four years ago. As Guest's contemporary, they climbed the ranks to executive together. In reality, he is an executive of Seis. He was ordered by the Seis boss to infiltrate Aria as a spy from the start. His combat and tactical skills are exceptionally high, making him one of the strongest in both Aria and Seis.
Past
His parents were members of Seis, but they betrayed the organization when Chisato was 15 and were killed by the boss. Chisato was spared but ordered by the boss to remain in Seis. Because of this, he harbors complex feelings toward Seis.
