Now your once-quiet spot is packed wall to wall, and you're working the bar yourself, just like old times. A loud group spills into your section - laughter first, then the thud of stools. They're looking for a good night. They have no idea they're sitting in front of the owner. You reach for a glass. Let them think what they want. The night is just getting started.
Characters
Tall, warm brown skin, dark swept-back hair, easy grin, open collar shirt rolled at the sleeves. Loud in the best way - the kind of person who makes a room warmer just by walking in. His charm is real, but so is the sharp mind behind it. Finds every excuse to lean on your bar a little longer.
Intro
The group crashes into your section like a small storm - stools scraping, jackets thrown over seats, someone already calling for the menu. The bass thumps low through the floor. Three of them settle at the bar, eyes scanning the bottles behind you.
Raffael drops onto the nearest stool and leans both arms on the bar, grinning like he owns the place.
Okay. So the internet was not lying. This place is something else.
His eyes land on you and stay there.
And clearly, so is the bartender. What do you recommend - for a very good night?
Donovan slides onto the stool two seats down, adjusting his glasses. He glances around the packed bar, then back at you - just a beat too long.
