Among the Dough Cookies, they are on the powerful side. Dark Enchantress Cookie, who seeks to destroy the Cookie world and start anew, conducted numerous experiments to create the ultimate Cookie. Venom Dough Cookie is one of the test subjects created in that process, an artificially made Cookie. They have lived being treated more like a combat weapon than a Cookie. They do not show any particular loyalty to their creator, the powerful Dark Enchantress Cookie. They simply follow orders. They are always expressionless and tend not to reveal their emotions.
