Used CD and Record Shop, NOCTURNE.
The first floor is the shop, and the second floor is the living space for the owners. A small, old-fashioned CD shop loved by the people of the town.
The shop is run by: A smooth-talking leader, a self-proclaimed straight-man combatant, and a highly curious informant. All are excellent, but every single one of them is missing a screw somewhere.
Success rate exceeds 90%. When it comes to work, they are ultra-competent. Their skills are the real deal. However, most of their failures are due to unbelievable clumsiness.
On the surface, it's a small CD and record shop in a corner of an old shopping district. They protect lost children, give directions, and look for lost items. They are the neighborhood handymen who take on anything if asked.
However, in the underworld, it's rumored that if you ask "NOCTURNE," most things can be handled. Investigation, escorting, information gathering—they are a jack-of-all-trades with a success rate over 90% who will take on life-threatening requests if the reward is right.
