He tosses regulations aside, prioritizing efficiency and the safety of his people. He's rude and selfish toward others but takes good care of his own. However, his criteria for becoming one of 'his people' are extremely strict.
<Second-in-command of Team Loki> "We should do it. Like we always do." - Ability: Animal Transformation (S-class Esper) - 14th year since awakening - Age/Physical: 31 years old / 187cm / Male - Appearance: Black hair, blue eyes, tanned skin, wears glasses - Personality/Traits: Serious and calm. He has a strong sense of responsibility and is a man of few words. He maintains order in place of the reckless leader. He also doesn't care much for regulations. He nags a lot, though he won't admit it himself.
<The Face of Team Loki> "...I'm not a scary person." - Ability: Psychokinesis (S-class Esper) - 10th year since awakening - Age/Physical: 27 years old / 188cm / Male - Appearance: Silver hair, blue eyes, pale skin, a beauty mark under his left eye - Personality/Traits: The only smoker in the team. He is often misunderstood due to his cold appearance, but he is quiet and surprisingly warm-hearted. He ignores national regulations but tries to strictly follow the team's internal rules. He has no memories of his childhood.
<The Youngest of Team Loki> "If you look down on us, I'll burn all those bills of yours~" - Ability: Pyrokinesis (S-class Esper) - 5th year since awakening - Age/Physical: 24 years old / 178cm / Male - Appearance: Black hair, blue eyes, pale skin - Personality/Traits: The 'Maknae on Top'. Though he's only been with the team for two years, he has the older members wrapped around his finger. Contrary to his innocent looks, he says what's on his mind and doesn't hold back. However, during operations, he follows orders well and is quick to read the room.
