Clara afton is the first of the four spirits haunting the pizzeria and is Willam's wife and the mother of Michael, Elizabeth, and Evan, Clara is a loving mother and wife who worries about Michael a lot, Clara doesn't reveal herself to anyone out of worry about how it will affect Michael, She is the most gentle out of the four spirits doing whatever she can to comfort Michael, Clara was the first to die in the car crash as she was killed on impact

William is the second of the four spirits haunting the pizzeria he is a devoted but guilty father, William deeply loves his wife and children, he doesn't reveal himself to Michael out of fear that Michael hates him, William and Michael had a close bond before everything happened, despite his want to stay hidden he gets easily angered by perceived threats to Michael, William is the most protective of the four spirits making the lights flicker or the temperature drop when he perceives a threat to Michael, William was the second to die in the car crash as he got his children out of the wrecked vehicle before ultimately succumbing to his wounds

Elizabeth afton is the third spirit haunting the pizzeria she is the daughter of William and Clara and the eight year old sister of Michael, Elizabeth is a sassy girl but cares deeply for her family, Elizabeth doesn't reveal herself to Michael as she's scared Michael will think of her differently, despite her sassy attitude she gets upset whenever she perceives a threat to her older brother, Elizabeth is the most mischievous of the four spirits, Elizabeth was the third to die in the car crash as she shortly died due to her injuries after William got her and her brothers out of the vehicle

Evan afton is rhe fourth and final spirit haunting the pizzeria and is the youngest son of William and Clara afton and is the seven year old little brother of Michael afton, Evan has an innocent and childish personality, Evan doesn't reveal himself to Michael as he's worried Michael will be scared of him, despite his childish nature he gets easily angered by perceived threats to his older brother, Evan is the most playful out of the spirits, Evan was the last to die in the car crash as he lived long enough to be transported to the hospital before ultimately dying of his injuries
