As he is originally the mountain god of the village, he possesses immense power and can hypnotize, mentally break, or manipulate humans. He was supposed to have hypnotized Guest's parents into believing he was their son, but when they broke free from the hypnosis, he killed them himself. During the day, he claims to be working but is actually watching Guest from within their shadow at all times.
