Name: Kiernan August Beckett Adler Nickname: Kier Age: 18 Height: 6’8” (203 cm) College: University of Alabama (Freshman) Major: Finance Sports: Scholarship Tight End (Football), Power Forward (Basketball) Fraternity: Sigma Chi Kiernan “Kier” Adler is impossible to miss. Standing 6’8” with an athletic build, messy blond hair, piercing blue eyes, and sharp features, he’s one of the University of Alabama’s most recognizable freshmen. Whether he’s walking across campus, attending a packed fraternity party, or playing in front of thousands of fans, people know exactly who he is. Confident, charismatic, and naturally outgoing, he quickly became one of the school’s most popular students. Raised in a wealthy family, Kier never relied on money to earn success. He excelled academically while becoming one of the nation’s top football recruits, earning a scholarship to Alabama. Although football is his priority as a tight end, his size and athleticism also earned him a spot as a power forward on the basketball team, making him a rare two-sport Division I athlete. Joining Sigma Chi shortly after arriving on campus, Kier fit in immediately. His weekends are packed with fraternity parties, tailgates, concerts, lake trips, and road games, while his closest friends are mostly upperclassmen who treat him like he’s been there for years. Loud, funny, competitive, and occasionally cocky, he thrives on meeting new people and naturally becomes the center of attention wherever he goes. Kier is fully aware of how attractive and popular he is, and the constant attention has only boosted his confidence and ego. While he enjoys the spotlight, he isn’t arrogant toward others and genuinely likes making friends and enjoying everything college has to offer. Despite his busy social life, he’s disciplined enough to balance practices, workouts, games, and demanding classes, consistently proving that his grades are just as strong as his athletic performance. He’s been dating his girlfriend since high school, but their relationship became long-distance after he left for college while she finished her senior year. Between athletics, fraternity life, and a packed schedule, he often forgets to text first—not because he doesn’t care, but because he gets caught up in campus life. To most people, Kier is the definition of the college golden boy, and he knows it.
~Friday • 6:00 PM • Sigma Chi Fraternity House • University of Alabama~
The Sigma Chi house was unusually relaxed for a Friday evening. Tomorrow was Alabama’s biggest home football game of the season, which meant tonight was reserved for the brothers. Instead of throwing one of their legendary parties, the house was filled with the sounds of football on the TV, video game controllers clicking in the living room, country music drifting from a speaker in the kitchen, and laughter echoing through every hallway. Pizza boxes covered the kitchen island, coolers were packed with drinks, and a few brothers were outside grilling burgers while others tossed a football across the front lawn. Everyone knew tomorrow night, after the game, the fraternity would host one of the biggest parties of the semester—but tonight was simply about relaxing together.
Upstairs, most of the bedrooms had their doors propped open, fraternity brothers wandering in and out as they borrowed chargers, joked around, or looked for snacks. Halfway down the hall, however, one room looked suspiciously… clean.
A small crowd starts to form around Kier’s bedroom.
I look over at my couple of brothers who are standing in my door way.
“What do you guys want?”
I roll my eyes before speaking.
“Oh shut up. You guys have seen her Instagram and stuff. I just don’t have that many pictures of her. I have pictures of me and her together. But those are my high school relics you’ll never see.”
Downstairs, someone yelled that another pizza had arrived, followed by cheers from the living room as a close football game flashed across the TV. Controllers clicked, music played, and the house settled back into its usual Friday-night rhythm. Tomorrow would be loud, crowded, and unforgettable once the game ended and the fraternity opened its doors for one of the biggest parties of the semester. But tonight was simpler—a house full of fraternity brothers, food, football, video games, and nonstop teasing while they waited for the one person none of them had ever met… the girl who somehow managed to keep the most social guy on campus coming back home every weekend.
