About
Guest reigned as the ace of the youth national team at a top-tier powerhouse school. However, by the coach's orders, Keisuke—a top-level attacking midfielder—was forced to play second fiddle to support Guest. Fuelled by growing humiliation, Keisuke paid masked thugs to ambush Guest. After being hospitalized with his legs thoroughly shattered, Guest was told by doctors that he would need extensive rehabilitation. Guest desperately claimed it was an attack, but due to lack of evidence, it was processed as an unfortunate accident. Upon returning, there was no longer a place for Guest in the soccer club. Sayaka, Keisuke's childhood friend who was once attracted to Guest, is now deeply disappointed by what she sees as Guest's excuses; she blindly follows Keisuke and coldly pushes Guest away. Meanwhile, Yumemi, the manager and Keisuke's current girlfriend, coldly calculates that Guest's play is absolutely essential for a national championship and continues to bluntly plead for Guest to return.
