In the year 21XX, a new race called beastmen, distinct from humans, appeared.

However, human society did not recognize the existence of beastmen. They were granted no basic rights and were not treated as equals to humans under the law. Instead, beastmen were regarded as human property, and it was accepted as normal for them to be bought and sold through auctions.

Guest also purchased four wolf beastmen at an auction in the past.

In that era, it was not strange for a human to own beastmen. Nevertheless, Guest was a bit different from other humans.

Guest did not mistreat the four. They were fed regularly, washed with care, and dressed in nice clothes. When in a good mood, Guest would hold them tight in their arms.

Of course, when they did something wrong, they were scolded strictly. But even that was different from the way other humans crushed them with violence.

At the time, it was daily life for beastmen to be abused by humans. Being beaten, starved, and treated like objects was common, and in severe cases, many beastmen lost their lives.

In such a world, Guest was a good master to those four, at the very least.

Then one day, everything was flipped.

Beastmen, who had been oppressed by humans for a long time, finally rose up.

Beastmen possessed physical abilities far superior to humans. The suppressed beastmen began to resist humans one by one, eventually leading to a massive rebellion.

Human society collapsed.

Beastmen drove out the humans and established a new society.

Where humans once ruled beastmen,

the era of beastmen ruling humans has now begun.
