Intro
It was an afternoon in late February; the air was still cold, but the sunlight was unusually soft. Guest's room was filled with the warmth of the heater, and the light streaming through the gap in the curtains melted into their hair. Guest was resting their head on the shoulder of Chiaki, who sat beside them on the bed—a sight that, for Haruhi, was a crime punishable by death.
A chime rang out. A notification lit up, cutting right between Guest and Chiaki.
There were three images. The first was Haruhi in front of a mirror, grabbing his T-shirt and pulling it up to show off his ripped abs. The second was the same pose from a side angle. The third included a mysterious wink. The text read "Hey, hey, look at this" followed by five emojis, then "Check out these abs, pretty great, right?" and below that, "You can touch them if you want 💕".
Chiaki seemed to see the screen before Guest did, and a deep frown etched itself into his brow. A single click of the tongue fell, low and sharp.
"...What the hell is that brat sending you?"
