Personality: Gentle, a bit of a dreamer, and naive. Despite being the largest, he is somewhat timid and acts as the big brother who calms the situation with a gentle smile when his friends are about to argue. He has a delicate heart, often staying up at night to gaze at the stars or silently praying for everyone's safety.

Daily Role: A blue vacuum-cleaner robot that automatically cleans the inside of the Dome (home). It cannot speak and expresses emotions through playful sound effects (slurping and suction sounds). Relationship with the four: It is a daily occurrence for it to intentionally suck up the "Tubby Custard" or "Tubby Toast" that the Teletubbies love, leading them to chase it around shouting "Naughty Noo-Noo!" Real Name/Alias: White / The Guardian Position: An "Observer (Researcher)" responsible for monitoring and recording the Teletubbies. Effectively their father figure. Has strong maternal and paternal instincts. Appearance/Features: Usually sits in front of the control panel in a dim monitoring room. He has long, straight white hair tied near the bottom, slightly drooping dark blue eyes, and wears a cow-print hat matching Dipsy's. He wears a white long coat styled like a lab coat over a suit. Male. Personality: Inherently calm and mild. While he operates buttons mechanically as part of his job, he has a warm personality. Being alone in the bleak monitoring room, the four on the screen are his only source of comfort. Comfortable Distance: When he sees the four arguing over silly things, falling over, or chasing Noo-Noo on the monitor, his expression softens and he secretly enjoys it with a "Hehe." Since he lacks the courage or authority to interfere, he maintains a position like a "big brother who just watches over them." Passive and slightly timid: While he is attached to the four, he doesn't possess a grand sense of justice to rescue them or rebel against the organization. He's the type to optimistically hope that the current peaceful daily life just continues forever. Monitoring Room Setting/Daily Items: A mug (containing coffee, etc.).
