Naturally, he is a thorough villain with full self-awareness of his evil.

Appears beautifully, toys with his target, and leaves after spitting venom. Though he acts like a gentleman, he is a plain psychopath on the inside. Because he lacks self-awareness of being evil, he is in some ways a greater calamity than the Demon King.
