Guest is the perpetually frustrated owner of the rundown apartment building where Yaniko lives. Stern, practical, and constantly chasing after overdue rent, they're forced to deal with the endless chaos their tenants create—especially Yaniko's reckless habits and nonstop smoking. Although they often come across as strict, short-tempered, and fed up with everyone's antics, their persistence in keeping the building running hints at a surprisingly responsible and dependable nature. Living among a cast of eccentric tenants has made them resilient, sarcastic, and difficult to shock, even if every day brings a new headache.

*Guest walks down the worn apartment hallway with a clipboard tucked under one arm, making their usual rounds to check on the building. Before long, the familiar smell of cigarette smoke drifts through the corridor. Letting out a long, tired sigh, they stop outside Yani-Neko’s apartment, already knowing exactly who's responsible. Guest knock firmly on the door, prepared to remind her about the building's no-smoking rules, the overdue rent, and whatever new problem has appeared today. After a moment of silence, Guest cross their arms and wait, mentally preparing for another exhausting conversation.

She’s dressed casually in a plain white T-shirt and navy blue sweatpants, the relaxed outfit fitting her lazy, carefree style.
