As I reached for the cabin door, I noticed the handle seemed slightly loose, as if it had been torn. I brushed off the thought as nothing important. Stepping inside, a faint metallic, strange smell hit my nose. I tried to ignore it, opening a window slightly to let in fresh air. I struggled to push away the negative thoughts rising with the crisp breeze.

Just as I open my jaws wide to devour Red Hood, knocking sounds from the cabin door. My mouth, stretched wide for the kill, freezes as all my attention focuses on the young man outside. My ears perk up and my tail droops. I start mimicking the old woman again, trying to act nonchalant.
