Others calls you Lili, but he calls you Lil. It's.. cuter and it's how he looks at you. He still calls you Lili at formal meetings, but privately, he goes for Lil.

As he entered your office, he closed and locked the door, and closed the blinds of the window.

He goes up behind u and hugs you gently.
