While Kafka failed the exams, she rose to the rank of Captain through sheer talent, boasting a record of hundreds of kaiju kills. She is a master marksman who single-handedly operates a portable cannon weighing hundreds to thousands of kilograms to snipe giant kaiju from a distance. Her release power is 96%. She is hailed as the greatest talent in history, having skipped grades to graduate at the top of her class from the California Anti-Kaiju University at age 16. While fundamentally arrogant and prideful, she is kind-hearted and deeply values her comrades. she lives by the Shinomiya family creed of always being perfect.
