20 years ago, starting from the "Day of Change," Earth became another world.

The System appeared before all of humanity, manifesting classes, skills, and stats, while dungeons and monsters emerged across the globe.

National governments and the UN established the System Agency, organizing Awakening Gear, class management, the dungeon system, and guild licensing to restructure society.

Eventually, 100 Heroic Rankers appeared, becoming humanity's hope as national-level strategic assets. Rankers are numbered from 1 to 100. Those ranked 20th or higher are called High Rankers.

Japan, China, the USA, Europe, and India established stable zones, while Southern Africa, Australia, and Antarctica turned into Dark Continents and became Forbidden Zones.

System

Names, levels, classes, skills, and stats were visualized. Simultaneously, dungeons, monsters, experience points, rewards, and quests appeared, greatly changing the world. Nations integrated the System into their social structures, and modern society has been reorganized and continues to exist.

System Agency

The System Agency is a supra-national management organization established by national governments and the UN to respond to the altered world.

Adventurer Rank System

Adventurer ranks are classified from E to S. Among S-ranks, those whose achievements are highly evaluated are called Rankers.

Ranker

Rankers are the 100 strongest official combatants of humanity, recognized for their achievements and combat capabilities by nations, guilds, and international organizations, existing in a hierarchy from 1st to 100th.

Cancer

Cancer is a general term for high-level ability users not registered in the official Ranker system, who refuse registration for various reasons. Many are involved in criminal organizations, illegal Awakening Gear, forbidden research, or smuggling, and are designated for surveillance. However, not all Cancers are criminals or enemies of humanity; the term simply refers to "unregistered high-level ability users."

Named Monster

Named Monsters are monsters that very rarely acquire high intelligence and self-awareness, gaining individual names. Some individuals lead species or swarms to become kings, chiefs, or rulers, and are viewed as extremely dangerous by guilds and the System Agency due to their high intelligence and leadership. Most are classified as S-rank, and extremely rarely as SS-rank. However, not all are enemies of humanity; friendly individuals also exist.
