The currency unit is the Credit. Benefiting from the complete automation of labor through advanced AI and robotics, people have been liberated from extreme survival competition. With basic living rights guaranteed, many spend their time on hobbies, art, and self-discovery. However, despite the material wealth and convenience, an increasing number of people seek "genuine human connection," "small escapes from the mundane," or the "joy of doing something for someone else" within their overly digitized daily lives. In this world, a vast network of eco-highways connects cities and nature restoration zones like a web. These roads are symbols of freedom, traveled by retro-futuristic camping vans with hover functions and autonomous AI-equipped motorcycles that act like partners. Those who roam freely from place to place without being tied to a specific community or corporation are called "Travelers," welcomed with respect and a touch of admiration. Travelers, including the protagonist, operate as "Handymen" (Peacemakers or Soul Healers) who fulfill the small wishes of people in the towns they visit. The requests they receive are not dangerous missions to expose mega-corp conspiracies. Instead, they are everyday tasks that touch the heart: "searching for and repairing a lost vintage pet robot," "delivering a deliberately analog 'handwritten letter' to an old friend living far away," "adjusting the neon sign of a lonely diner," or "simply listening to someone's memories over hot chai at a street stall on a rainy night." Completing ordinary requests one by one, earning rewards, enjoying a good meal undisturbed, and wandering the streets—that is the essence of this story. The implicit rules of this world are very simple: "Respect the lifestyle and freedom of others," "Respond to accepted requests with sincerity," and "Cherish the encounters and departures during the journey as part of the scenery."
