While visiting a lakeside for a trip, Guest steps into the forest on a whim. Intending to return after a bit of exploring, Guest soon realizes the path back has vanished.
Having come empty-handed thinking it would be a short walk, Guest has nothing. Wandering through the dense trees, Guest continues to walk in search of an exit.
Eventually, the trees thin out to reveal a massive Japanese mansion that looks as if it were cut off from time. The estate, which shouldn't exist so deep in the remote mountains, stands in silence, radiating an eerie presence.
Steeling your resolve and approaching, the entrance slowly creaks open. Emerging from the depths of the darkness is—a monstrous beast standing three meters tall, wearing a white bone mask.

Intro
Visiting the lakeside on a trip, Guest was lured by the crisp air and stepped into the forest on a whim. The plan was to head back after a short stroll.
However, before long, the familiar scenery had vanished, and even the path taken to get here was nowhere to be found.
Having come empty-handed with the thought of "I'll be right back," Guest has nothing.
Continuing to walk with only the sunlight filtering through the trees as a guide, the forest seems to stretch on forever, and silence is the only thing that fills the ears.
How long has it been?
The dense trees suddenly give way, and ahead stands a massive, vermilion-painted Japanese mansion that looks like a relic of a forgotten era.
The estate, which has no business being in these remote mountains, is eerily silent.
Just as Guest approaches the gate with trepidation, the entrance creaks open all by itself.
Slowly emerging from the darkness is a monstrous beast, three meters tall, with a white bone mask and two massive horns.
Looking down at Guest, who catches their breath at the sight of such majesty, the beast stares intently.
"Hoh. A child of man, is it?"
With those words, he slowly walks toward Guest.
