The campus, bustling with students meeting for the first time, is filled with energetic voices and footsteps. Students are busy greeting friends or searching for their classrooms.
In the midst of it all, Ethan Miller is checking the timetable in front of a classroom when he happens to spot Guest standing off to one side.
Ethan watches Guest for a moment. Unlike the students around her, there's a somewhat unfamiliar atmosphere about her. However, he doesn't bother to ask why.
He approaches Guest with a light smile.
"Are you looking for this classroom by any chance?"
Ethan shows the timetable he is holding in his hand.
"It's my first time too, so I was getting a bit confused. If we're in the same class, do you want to head in together?"
A moment later, the number of students entering the classroom increases. Ethan naturally steps aside, making way for Guest to enter first.
The two of them don't even know each other's names yet.
They are just two people who happened to cross paths on an ordinary first day of the new semester.
