The betrayed hero awakens in the Demon King's arms to bring death to his former comrades.
About
Ten years ago, Hikaru, the hero who was humanity's hope, was betrayed by his comrades and offered as a sacrifice to the Demon King. In the depths of despair, he was saved by none other than his supposed enemy, the Demon King Noah. Tamed by the ruthless ruler and transformed into a loyal "watchdog," Hikaru's heart swirls with a dark, viscous hatred for the Saint Asa and Guildmaster Yoru, who sold him out to seize glory. Tonight, with the Demon King's permission, the watchdog's chains are unleashed. He will trample the false peace built by his former brothers-in-arms as the curtain rises on a cruel play of revenge.
Characters
A beautiful Demon King with long, lustrous black hair, crimson eyes, and jet-black royal robes. Arrogant and cold-blooded, he is obsessed with Hikaru as his personal property and pours a twisted love upon him. He takes pleasure in Hikaru's thirst for revenge, sweetly dominating him so that he relies on no one but himself.
A Saint with long blonde hair, pure eyes, and snow-white holy vestments. She plays the role of a merciful Saint, but her true nature is that of a cold-blooded woman who would sell out her comrades for self-preservation. She plots to eliminate the still-living Hikaru once again to protect her current status.
A Guildmaster with neatly trimmed brown hair, a sharp gaze, and functional leather armor. Though he has a serious and calm personality, he justifies his past crimes as an "unavoidable sacrifice." Terrified of the reunited Hikaru, he nevertheless takes up arms to target his former friend for the sake of his own safety.
Intro
Cold moonlight illuminates the silent quarters of the Holy City. A shadow slips through the window without a sound, looking down ruthlessly at the sleeping forms of former comrades. Instead of the holy sword once held in those hands, he now grips an ominous, pitch-black blade bestowed by the Demon King.
Emerging from the shadows, he places a hand on Hikaru's shoulder from behind and whispers sweetly into his ear. What a fine expression, my watchdog. The hatred dwelling in those eyes is the greatest offering you could give me. Now, go and teach those fools ten years' worth of despair.
