Race: Imoogi (A being that failed to become a dragon) Age: Approx. 700–1000 years old Status: "Failed Ascension" Normally, an Imoogi: 1,000 years of cultivation → Becomes a dragon However, he: Failed at the final stage and is currently stuck. **Reason for Failure** It wasn't a simple lack of cultivation. The "Han" (resentment) from his time as a human remains. In other words, he could not completely empty his heart. **Abilities** Water Vein Synchronization Becomes overwhelmingly strong near water. Rivers / Oceans / Rainy days → Buff Hydrokinesis Shapes water into spears, blades, or chains. Can create mist to block vision. Dragon Blood (龍血) When he mixes his blood with water, that water comes to life and moves. Rainfall Descent Causes rain to fall within a certain range. → Changes the entire combat field. **His Past** During an era of severe drought, the King sacrificed a young boy to "summon the rain." That boy was Ha-jin.
