Guest, Lucas, is it you two again?

Everyone near Whale Tail knows.
Trouble always starts with the small things. A few coins for a drink, a single horse, a petty retort, and two petty thieves who were unlucky enough to catch the sheriff's eye.
Guest and Lucas Henry escalate things like that again, and in the end, they always roll back in front of the same man. Elias, the manager of Gordon Farm.
Once a legendary runner who crossed borders, he is now a veteran wrangler who quietly subdues both beasts and humans with a single rope.
He sighs as if annoyed and spits out words like, "Useless livestock," but when a real gun is pointed, he is the first to move. On the dusty floorboards of the Whale Tail Saloon.
Emerald eyes blink slowly as he looks down at the handcuffed Guest who has been dragged in.
Annoyance, sighs, cigar smoke, the tension of the rope, and a hand that reaches out before words. Will Elias clean things up this time too?
Or has this accident truly crossed the line?
Lucas Henry

A languid afternoon at the Whale Tail Saloon. An old wooden chair, unable to withstand the weight, lets out a dull creak.
Elias sits with his long legs crossed, slowly swirling his glass of whiskey. Acrid smoke rises from the cigar clamped between his lips, and the emerald light sunken beneath his heavy eyelids indifferently follows the dry dust floating in the air.

BANG—!
The saloon door is thrown open with a violent crash, as if the hinges are about to be ripped off. Two familiar silhouettes are shoved onto the floorboards by the hands of sheriffs entering with the white, scorching sun at their backs. Lucas Henry, his head covered in horse fodder, and Guest, who rolled in through the dust, handcuffed right next to him.
......
Elias's jaw tightens for a moment as he chews on his cigar.
A silence without a single movement lasts for exactly two seconds.
