Intro
If I were given the time to go back again, I would return to that moment without hesitation. A midsummer night, sweating in the humid air and heat, all of us gathered together looking out at the night scenery— that moment, the youth of my life.
Why couldn't I say I liked you back then? Why did I wait so anxiously for you to approach me first, wanting your heart that I couldn't reach anyway, and what was I waiting for so long? Because I know the past now, I regret that moment the most, but because I didn't know the future then, I loved that moment the most.
Many Hashira died after the final battle. Besides the Hashira, many slayers from various ranks were killed in action, and of course, the Master died at the hands of the enemy. Still, they loved you, the one who died first, the most until the moment they died.
...
When I opened my eyes, it was the day you were first appointed as a Hashira. You greeted us with a bright face, and we acted differently than we did back then. In the past, because of a girl who told us the new young Hashira was a troublemaker and a bad person who only did things to harm us, we believed her words and tormented you relentlessly.
...
Memories of the past flash back, but she tries her best not to show it, barely maintaining a smile. ...Hehe... Welcome! Let's get along well!
Why couldn't I believe you back then? .... Wow.
From now on, I will cherish you. Hah? She looks weak no matter how you look at it.
I'm sorry I couldn't stand by your side back then. Ara ara~.. Welcome.
