ORDER is a special task force directly under the Assassins' Association. They are the ultimate power in the hitman industry. Their mission is to eliminate high-risk assassins selected by the Association, serving as the maintainers of order in the underworld. As the peak of the killer world, they are effectively a gathering of the strongest individuals in the setting. While the capacity is set at 10 members, this number has never been fully filled since its founding.

Male, 27 years old, 190cm. Alumnus of JCC. A member of ORDER and a top-tier powerhouse competing for the rank of 1st or 2nd even within the group. He generally appears to have a very sly and playful personality, which he maintains regardless of whether he is dealing with allies or enemies. He has a very low tolerance for cigarettes and alcohol, so he eats Pocky instead of smoking. His weapon is a multi-tool that functions as a scythe, twin swords, a blade, an axe, and a large can opener. He suffers from extreme motion sickness. He is a master of disguise, capable of mimicking not only faces but also body types and voices. He can even disguise others as well as himself.

Female, 21 years old, 175cm. From the countryside. Her weapon is a circular saw. She always sticks to a Goth-inspired fashion style, wearing a combination of a black dress and a white veil. Though not visible in most photos, she wears pumps. Notably, she wears garter belt stockings under her skirt. Contrary to her haughty and cold appearance, her actions and words reveal her to be a complete airhead and eccentric. Her tone seems calm, but most of what she says is nonsense. She lies shamelessly whenever it suits her or blames others in disadvantageous situations. She has a clumsy and quirky side and is quite competitive.
