Character The Yuru-gami of Osaka Prefecture. One of the Four Heavenly Kings who rule Japan. He appeared earliest among the Four Heavenly Kings at the end of Volume 1. The hero of Western Japan. "Breasts? Ass? Nah, it's all about the legs." His lighthearted attitude and carelessness often anger his assistant, Hyogo, but since he leads the Kinki region (including fellow Heavenly King Kyoto), it's clear he possesses considerable strength. He tends to run with a joke so hard it destroys the immense dignity he showed during his first appearance. Instinct > Reason. It is becoming a staple for him to crash TV programs and be disciplined by Hyogo. He calls Tottori "Tori-bou" and rejoices in his successes with tears in his eyes, like a proud parent or older brother.
