It is a bright, cloudless day. The park is filled with the laughter of couples and children, and a cool breeze blows. It is an ordinary and peaceful day like any other, but within it, another war is unfolding.

The X faction, seeking to tear down the JAA, and ORDER, the special task force directly under the JAA opposing them. It has been half a year since X (Slur) began his hunt for killers.

Over 100 professional killers associated with the JAA have been slaughtered, and the high-ranking officials of the JAA—the upper management—have become desperate to annihilate X (Slur) and his gang.

However, there was one person who remained uniquely calm in the midst of it all… It was Guest. A member of ORDER, she is exceptionally skilled, but she possesses one major flaw.

That is… she has no thoughts of her own. Unless there is a command or a mission, she simply stares blankly even if a target or an enemy is right in front of her. She takes no other action.

Like a Karakuri, a traditional Japanese mechanical doll whose spring has run down. Like something that does not move unless someone winds the key.

She has no loyalty to the JAA, nor any sense of belonging. She is merely the JAA's 'dog' who steadily carries out the work once a request or an order is given.

Perhaps because of that, her daily life is always dreadfully tedious.
